Manufacturing in Ludhiana since 2010, Industrial Machinery Corporation brings together machinery for thread cutting, hydraulic thread rolling and the operations that support industrial production. Our customers approach us with different components and working conditions; our role is to help turn those requirements into a clearly defined machine enquiry.

Threading is at the centre of our range

IMC supplies threading equipment for bolts, rods, bars, metal pipes, PVC pipes, electrical conduit and reinforcement bars. The range includes portable pipe equipment, hydraulic pipe-threading machines and internal threading configurations. Each application calls for its own combination of capacity, holding arrangement, die head and cutting tools.

For reinforcement work, the bar grade, end preparation and coupler connection must be considered together. We discuss these details alongside the required thread and production target, so the equipment is evaluated in the context of the finished connection.

Two-roll and three-roll hydraulic thread rolling

Hydraulic thread rolling is a principal part of the IMC catalogue. Our two-roll and three-roll machines serve external thread-forming requirements, complemented by flat-die and automatic cold thread rolling equipment. Machinery for the stages around the thread

Fastener production equipment includes cold heading, bolt-head trimming and shank-reducing machines. Rebar and coupler machinery covers forging, drilling, cutting, threading and bar bending. For scaffolding manufacture, the catalogue includes pipe threading and punching, prop and base-jack welding, ledger and cuplock welding, and equipment for associated cups, sleeves, nuts, handles and pins.

Power presses, pipe cutting and end-facing equipment, wire straightening and cutting machines, bandsaws, lathes, surface grinders, buffing and polishing machines extend the production range. Threading taps, chasers, die heads and circular rolling dies support the relevant cutting and forming applications.
